Meet The Pescatore Avrit Team 

Terri Pescatore and Jane Avrit have been one of the top teams in the Collin County area for 23 years.  

Terri Pescatore began her real estate career in 1995 quickly taking her place as rookie of the year by selling over 2 million in real estate her first year in the business. From 1995 through 2002 Terri continued her success gaining her reputation as not only a top agent, but also as a top team leader for Keller Williams Realty.  

In 2003 Terri was joined by Jane Avrit, her sister, to form a team that is now one of the top teams in the state. Jane began her real estate career in 1997 and has grown into her current status of Broker and part owner of a Keller Williams office. 

Together Terri and Jane have formed a top producing team of 6 real estate professionals that strive to exceed their clients expectations. Voted Best Agents in D Magazine 2007, their knowledge of the industry is evident with their performance of closing an average of 100 transactions per year. Living in Allen and Wylie, Terri and Jane specialize in Collin County. 

Terri and Jane are not only successful real estate agents and business owners, but they are also very involved with their families and communities. Terri is a wife of 21 years, and mother of three ages 25, 17, and 15. Jane is a wife of 15 years, and mother of 3 as well ages 7, 9, and 11. Because they operate a family business, Pescatore and Avrit take a family approach with each client. Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of their business, thus their motto, "Families Helping Families." 

Lori Scroggins has been a licensed agent since 2006 and has joined The PescatoreAvrit Team as a buyer specialist. She is experienced all over Collin County and specializes in Lucas, Fairview, Allen, and Wylie. Lori shows thourough dedication and loyalty to her clients, and is adamant in finding them the home for which they are searching at the right price.  

Cal Caylor has been a licensed agent since 1999 and has joined our team as a Buyer Specialist. Prior to joining Keller Williams Cal was a tenant rep specialist working for fortune 500 companies such as FedEx and Regions Bank. He is a native of the Dallas area and has lived in Lucas for 20 years. Cal is a graduate of Baylor University and has two teenage daughters. 

Deonna Sheffield joined The PescatoreAvrit Team as the listing coordinator. She is dedicated to working with our sellers in getting their property on the market, and meeting any of their needs while actively listed with our team. 

Misty Di Paola has been a licensed agent since 2005 and has joined The PescatoreAvrit Team as the Marketing and Administrative Manager. She directs and oversees the general operations of our team, and handles buyer's and seller's needs from contract to close.
